Can I opt out of Click to Pay?

Yes. If you’d prefer not to use Click to Pay, you can contact us via the Chat function in the Ubank app and we’ll help you opt your Ubank debit card(s) out of the service. If you receive a replacement card with a new card number, it will be automatically enrolled in Click to Pay. If you’d prefer not to use Click to Pay, you’ll need to opt out again for your new card.
