What happens if I lose the device that has the ubank app or my digital wallet on it?

We take fraud very seriously and have established processes which we follow to resolve any fraudulent or suspect transactions.

If your device is lost or stolen, please call us on 13 30 80 as soon as possible so that we can de-activate your digital card and/or put appropriate blocks on your account.
