How do I update my address?
You can change your residential address in the Ubank app. Tap on “Profile” in the top bar and then select ‘Personal details’ to view or edit your details.
If your mailing address differs from your residential address, you can also update it in the app through that same page.
At the moment, you can’t change your personal details using online banking.
