Before joining UBank, Philippa led a large team delivering digital and phone-based service to customers at some of the most important times of their lives. From helping customers manage everyday banking needs, to lending money for the purchase of a car or home, to protecting customers from fraud and helping customers face tough financial situations, Philippa has a passion for helping put customers in the driving seat of their financial wellbeing. 

Philippa knows that the best customer experiences are created by people who care deeply about making things easier and better. So part of Philippa's job is supporting and empowering the UBank team members to bring their best ideas to life for our customers.
