Alex leads our Marketing and Customer Experience teams and is passionate about growing the UBank business through the combined power of brand building and experience design. An award-winning data driven marketer with a background in digital platforms and technology, he’s ideally placed to lead the teams responsible for telling the story and designing the customer experience for Australia’s leading digital bank.
Alex joined the team in January 2019, after more than 17 years’ experience working in the IT, Telco and Finance industries in the UK, US and Australia.
Alex is passionate about people development, and continues to coach and mentor other marketers in his network.
