As UBank’s Chief Customer Success Officer, Jane leads UBank’s governance and operations team as well as the home loans team.  Jane has a keen focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, and she works closely with her team to consistently find ways to improve. This goes hand-in-hand with Jane’s passion for her people, and helping each person on her team achieve their potential. In fact, Jane’s mentorship of team members beyond her own team is one of the things she’s most proud of in her career.

After starting her career as a Banking and Finance lawyer at one of New Zealand’s top firms, Jane joined the NAB Group in 2005. She worked in New Zealand, London and Melbourne to improve customer outcomes. Jane joined UBank’s Leadership Team in 2017.

Her broad experience and drive to give customers an excellent experience makes her a perfect fit for the UBank team.
