How do I add a trusted browser?

You can trust a browser when you log into online banking on your personal devices. This means that you don’t need to enter a one-time passcode (OTP) every time you log into online banking from a personal device. Never trust a browser on a shared device, only on your personal ones.

To trust a new browser simply:

  • Log into online banking with your username, password
  • A OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
  • After you enter the above you’ll be asked, “Do you trust this browser?”. If you’re on your personal device, select “Yes”. You’ll be sent another OTP, once entered, this device will now be a trusted browser.
