Property data supplied in UrHome is sourced from RP Data Pty Ltd (CoreLogic RP Data).
CoreLogic RP Data gathers its data from various government, commercial and public data sources.
CoreLogic RP Data’s residential property Database is the most comprehensive residential property Database in Australia. However, CoreLogic RP Data does not hold a complete and accurate record of all residential properties in Australia.
If you feel you disagree with a property’s estimated value, you can make adjustments to the estimated value within the “Finances” section of the UrHome App.

CoreLogic RP Data compiles data from a number of sources and combines these data sets to provide a comprehensive view of a property. Unfortunately, CoreLogic RP Data does not hold a complete and accurate record of all residential properties in Australia.

CoreLogic RP Data tracks the marketing of properties advertised ‘For Sale’ or ‘For Rent’. However, where a vendor has instructed their Real Estate Agent to withhold a property address from public view, we are obliged to respect their wishes.
Additionally, when a property is part of a new building construction, off the plan or planned estate, not all parcel information may be available to compile a reliable view.
CoreLogic RP Data has been collecting property imagery for over 15 years. During this time properties may change considerably. The UrHome App gives access to the set of historical photos collected at varying times during the life-cycle of a property.
If you would like to provide a current property photo, please let us know using the Incorrect Property Info button from the property screens and we will update accordingly.
Ensure that you are entering the correct street details. For example, if your street includes a direction such as “Station Street North”, or if your property is part of a complex that includes ‘private’ roads, the property may be addressed to the front gate.
