How do I change my residential and/or postal address?

For Personal savings and transactions accounts, you can update your address easily by logging into the ubank app on your mobile (iOS or Android) and Online banking via a computer/laptop. If you have a Self-Managed Super Fund account or a home loan, you’ll need to call us on 13 30 80

Mobile app

  • In the Tab bar, navigate to More and select Profile
  • Select either Residential address or Postal address and update.

Online banking

  • Select Admin, then My Details
  • Update your residential or postal address.
